½ Cup 컵 White or Brown Rice Flour 백미 또는 현미 쌀가루

½ Cup 컵 White or Brown Sweet Rice Flour 백미 또는 현미 찹쌀가루

¼ Cup 컵 Potato Starch 감자 전분

½ Teaspoon 작은 술 Sea Salt 소금

¾ Cup 컵 Hot Water 뜨거운 물


You can substitute All-Purpose Wheat Flour instead of rice flour. We call this flour rice cake MilTteok 밀떡.
