🥟Ingredients 재료

Korean Dumpling Wrappers 찹쌀만두피

Yield: 18 - 20 Wrappers 만두피 18~20개

¾ Cup (90 Grams) All-Purpose Flour 밀가루

¼ Cup (30 Grams) Glutinous Rice Flour 찹쌀가루

⅛ Cup (15 Grams) Corn Starch 옥수수 전분

½ Teaspoon 작은술 Salt 소금

¾ Cup (180 ml) Hot Water 뜨거운 물

Water amount will vary significantly depending on the flour, altitude, and temperature. So add small amount of water at a time. The goal is to make the dough that feels moist and soft like Play-Doh.


🌱Green Colored Wrappers

¼ Cup (60 ml) Spinach, Carrot or Beets Juice 시금치, 당근, 또는 붉은 사탕무주스

¾ Cup (90 Grams) All-Purpose Flour 밀가루

¼ Cup (30 Grams) Glutinous Rice Flour 찹쌀가루

⅛ Cup (15 Grams) Corn Starch 옥수수 전분

¼ Cup (60 ml) Hot Water 뜨거운 물

½ Teaspoon 작은술 Salt 소금


🥕Carrot Juice 당근 주스 (Yellow Colored Dumpling Wrapper)

20 Grams Carrots 당근

¼ Cup (60 ml) Water 물

½ Teaspoon 작은술 Salt 소금


💗Beets Juice 붉은 사탕무주스 (Pink Colored Dumpling Wrapper)

20 Grams Beets 사탕무

¼ Cup (60 ml) Water 물
