250 Grams Soybean Sprouts 콩나물

70 Grams Korean Radish 무

½ Tablespoon 큰술 Minced Garlic 다진마늘

1 Scallion 파

2 Liters Water 물

1 Dashi Pack 다시팩 (Substitutions: 4 - 6 Dried Anchovies 1"+ in length; 🌱Vegan: 3 - 4 Dashima pieces/dried sea kelp)

½ Tablespoon 큰술 Salt 소금
