GoChuJang Dressing Sauce ź³ ģ¶ģ„ ģģ¤ Add the following ingredients and mix well. You can use this GoChuJang sauce right away or store in the fridge for a few weeks until you are done using it. TIP: Make sure to use fresh garlic. Do not use those pre-chopped garlic that comes in a jar (this tends to not taste fresh).

1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar ķģ¤ķ
1 Tablespoon ķ°ģ Balsamic Vinegar ė°ģ¬ėƹ ģģ“
2 Teaspoon ģģģ Paprika ķķė¦¬ģ¹“ ź°ė£Ø
1 Garlic Clove (grated) ź°ķ ė§ė
Grilled Corn-On-The-Cob źµ¬ģ“ ģ„ģģ
Step One
Preheat your grill on high heat for at least 5 minutes to 10 minutes. Place the corn on the grill, close the grill lid, and let it grill on high heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until you see some brown grill marks on the corn. Then grill on the other side of the corn: Close the grill lid, and let it grill on high heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until you see some brown grill marks on the corn. If your grill has a built-in shelf, place the grilled corn on the shelf and let it bake for 5 minutes longer.
Step Two
Take the corn off the grill and generously butter the corn. Drizzle the GoChuJang sauce on the corn, add a generous fine-shavings of Parmesan cheese. and sprinkle of finely minced Italian parsley.

Grilled Romaine Lettuce Salad źµ¬ģ“ ė”ė©ģø ģģ¶ ģė¬ė źµ¬ģ“ ģ„ģģ
Step One
Cut the Romaine lettuce down the middle to split it into half. Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil on the inside cut of the lettuce halves. Sprinkle some sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Using the palm of your hand, gently rub in the ingredients.
Step Two
On a preheated grill, place the ingredient rubbed side of the lettuce face-down on the grill. Close the grill lid and let it grill for 1 to 1.5 minutes on high heat or until you see some grill marks on the lettuce.
Step Three
Quickly take the grilled lettuce off the grill. Drizzle the GoChuJang sauce on the corn, add a generous fine-shavings of Parmesan cheese, light dusting of smoked paprika, and sprinkle of finely minced Italian parsley.
Alternatively, add canned sardines instead of the Parmesan cheese.
