Ingredients:
11 oz Soft Tofu 순두부
1/2 Tablespoon 큰술 Soy Sauce (All-Purpose) 양조간장
1 Small Pinch 작은꼬집 GoChuGaRu 고춧가루
3 Pieces Toasted Seaweed 김
1 Pinch 꼬집 Sesame Seed Salt 깨소금
1/2 Tablespoon 큰술 Scallions, Green Part Only 쪽파
Light Drizzle Sesame Oil 참기름 살짝
Recipe Instructions
Place the soft tofu in a bowl. Break up the tofu into big chunks using a spoon. Wrap the bowl with a plastic wrap and microwave until it is warmed up. Depending on your microwave, 1 - 2 minutes to warm up. OR have it chilled straight from the tofu container, especially during the summer months.
Add the following ingredients to the soft tofu bowl, and enjoy!
